Why is it that these religious folks think that just because a fossil has been buried by sediment, its proof that Noah's flood is the reason? What a freakin joke!!! This may start some conversation? Bring it on folks. Im ready for it!! RB

Im gonna have to agree with RB. Some relegious fanatics scrape every little bit they can to make a point and most of the time it makes no sense what-so-ever. Now im not saying the flood didnt happen, but im also saying that theres no hard core proof for it happening. So do I believe it happened? Im not so sure. But I dont think that all the fossils we find today, if any at all, were the result of Noah's Flood. Its almost funny to think of Noah having to beat back a couple of velociraptors with a stick yelling "sorry but its your time guys!" or maybe a couple of saber toothed cats, sorry just a little humor.

I think every person in the intire world should read up on the geology of the Medireranian Sea. Some seriously big stuff happened at the Straits of Gerbralter, and some really interesting reading about how that huge basin has been dry, and full of fresh water way back in the so called biblical times!!! But then again, if youve already convinced yourself or have been brainwashed into a religiuos belife, you will somehow twist anything around in order for whatever to make since in a religous way. Ow well, i dont care. Im going fossil hunting.

I was raised in a church and have all the info I need. I myself have researched fossils and geology and I for one find myself more able to believe science than religion. But if you feel that religion is so right, lets hear your reasoning........

We must respect the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart. -----H. L. Mencken

Well put! I agree without a doubt. Relegion and science rarely, if ever, go together but respect is due to each.
